God couldn’t have been more faithful in His promises when He gave me Chris Harris to love me forever. Though he has not sought to be the care giver role he has been my rock since that alarming phone call early Wednesday morning. Telling him was the toughest phone call I have ever made. Because he is a fixer I knew he just wanted to fix me and would feel helpless. Listening to him fall apart is a moment I wish I could take away.
I fully trust he will be by my side encouraging me, nurturing me, taking care of me, loving our kids, and keeping me laughing along our journey. Together. We GET an opportunity to prove our wedding vows. And show God’s faithfulness. God’s got this.
